Replacement Over Repair
We carry out repairs on all types of industrial doors, from roller shutters and high-speed doors to steel personnel doors and sectional overhead doors. We will always endeavour to repair a door if we can; however, we will advise you if we deem it less costly to replace the door.
Refurbishment
Sometimes a door is no longer in manufacture; but, has to be replaced like for like. In these cases, we will endeavour to refurbish the door; however, please be aware this is not always the most cost-effective option.
Fabrication Specialists
If it's feasible and cost-effective, as fabrication specialists, we will endeavour to carry out shutter door repairs without replacing parts.
Call Out Terms
Should you experience an emergency or door breakdown and need our assistance, please be aware of the following call-out terms.
If you do not hold a Service Agreement with us, all call-outs incur a 4-hour minimum charge. This charge applies to site and travel time.
We will attempt to fix your door on the first visit. However, should parts be needed, the engineer will ensure the door is left safe. (This may mean isolating the door's power.) The engineer will then take details of the shutter repairs required, and the office will send you a quotation for a return visit.
In this instance, even if the engineer has not fixed the door, the call-out charge will still apply.
Maintenance UK
