Call-outs incur a minimum charge of 4 hours (labour and travel); unless you hold a Service Agreement; this means you will only pay for the actual labour and travel time used.
Please Note! On a call-out, we will attempt to fix your door on the first visit. However, if your door requires further repairs, we will make the door safe and then quote you separately for the needed repairs. In this instance, the call-out charge will still apply.
It is Health and Safety Law that industrial doors must be serviced annually. For clarification on this; either view The Law Around Industrial Doors, or, call us for further advice.

Lotinga does its utmost to ensure maintaining the safety, security and reliability of customers' doors is affordable.
This is why the Service Agreement Facility is available. This entitles customers to discounts off Scheduled Repairs, and ensures servicing is kept up to date.
We won't recommend repairing a door if we know replacing it will be more cost-effective. We will never cut corners, and we certainly won't sign off a door that we deem unsafe - So please don't ask.
