While conducting a door survey, the customer expressed concern over a damaged internal wall. Horses had leant against it, causing a crack. As a consequence, the wall became unstable. Our surveyor likes to think outside the box, and devised steel wall supports to shore up the wall. In addition, we added strength to the wall for any future horse activity.
The customer was altering the other half of the shed for storage. Unfortunately, there were only sheets of canvas covering the openings. These sheets were not secure. Lotinga advised installing two roller shutter doors, providing the required security. In addition, we suggested placing a steel personnel door between the two shutters to offer ease of access for pedestrians.
Being steel fabricators, Lotinga often finds a solutions for unusual problems.
