This customer installed vehicle pits at their premises; as a result, they requested industrial roller shutter doors to close the openings.

Q. Can you fix my control panel or will it need replacing?
A. We don't fix control panels, if its not something that reprogramming can fix then yes we would replace it.
Q. If I get an issue with my door, should I call you straight away?
A. Yes, we strongly advise that you do, because a fault that is left can result in a chain reaction of damage. In addition, a fault could pose a potential health and safety risk so to be safe, have an engineer check it over.
Door Maintenance Discounts
To help customers meet health and safety responsibilities, we offer a Service Agreement Facility. For a minimum two year agreement, the Agreement entitles the holder to discounts off repairs. Furthermore, the minimum 4 hours (travel and labour) charge for call outs will not apply; There will only be a charge for travel and labour time spent.
