Instant Pass Doors Instant Pass Doors are our most popular type of high speed doors.  They are made from primed galvanised sheet steel and are self supporting, only requiring support at the top and the bottom.  Their side guides include a special aluminium extruded profile to protect the canvas curtain from excessive wear. The plastic canvas curtain is manufactured from polyester woven cloth with a tinted PVC coating from a standard range of colours.  The curtain is re-inforced with horizontal steel tubes that provide resistance against high winds and is therefore ideal for use on external walls on exposed sites where it can comfortably withstand bad weather conditions.  Vision panels can be fitted at an additional cost. The door is operated via a 3 phase motor with 24v control with gearbox, limit switches, electromagnetic brake and emergency hand crank operation.  Activation is via a push button operator.  Opening and closing speed is 1m/sec.  The door comes with a polarised double photoelectric cell and safety bottom edge as standard.

Instant Roll Speed Doors

These doors are designed for use in external walls in less exposed locations and can also be used internally.  They are made from primed galvanised sheet steel and are self supporting, only requiring support at the top and bottom.  The rubber safety edge on the bottom makes contact with the floor providing a reasonable seal.  The side guides incorporate nylon brushes to minimise air leakage and reduce the possibility of contamination or infestation while the door is closed.

They provide resistance from minor winds, the canvas curtain at the bottom is reinforced with a horizontal steel rail secured at its ends to vertical guide wires to keep the curtain taught.  The plastic canvas curtain is manufactured from polyester woven cloth with a tinted PVC coating from a standard range of colours.  Vision panels are standard, additional windows available as an optional extra.  The door is operated via a 3 phase motor with 24v control with gearbox, limit switches, electromagnetic brake and emergency hand crank operation.  Activation is via a push button operator.  Opening and closing speed is 0.8-1.2m/sec.  The door comes with a polarised double photoelectric cell and safety bottom edge as standard.

Mini Roll Speed Doors

These door are ideal for internal use.  They are made from extruded aluminium and are self supporting needing only to be secured at the top and bottom.  Again they have a rubber safety bottom edge acting as a seal.  The side guides incorporate nylon inserts to minimise friction and curtain wear.

The plastic canvas curtain is manufactured from polyester woven cloth with a tinted PVC coating from a standard range of colours.  Vision panels can be fitted at an additional cost.
