Both window and garage door shutters provide effective secuirty for your home or premises.  The roller garage doors also give you more overhead space than traditional up and over doors.  Insulated roller shutters are in-filled with polystyrene and act as a good energy saving device.

     

Galvanised Steel Roller Shutters

Galvanised steel roller shutters are the most cost effective.  They are heavy duty and offer the best form of protection.

 

Aluminium Roller Shutters
All our doors are purpose made to accomodate any opening or specification.  Our basic shutters are constructed from galvanised steel, but we can also  provide aluminium shutters, which are more lightweight and longer lasting.  While the shutter is open, it is enclosed in a canopy box (this comes as standard with our aluminium doors, canopies on steel doors come as an optional extra) providing protection for the barrel mechanism and also giving a more attractive finish.		 The strong construction provides a solid resistance to break-in attempts and protects against the weather and noise.

Foam filled (CFC Free) insulated shutters offer an attractive cost effective option for securing your premises and also provides sound insulation acting as a good energy saving device.

The heavy duty double walled aluminium construction is exceptionally strong for commercial or domestic premises where extra security is required.  The curtain is fully end locked and is fitted with an extruded aluminium bottom rail which incorporates a sealing strip.




Grilles and Perforated Shutters If light or air flow is an issue on your building, a perforated shutter or grille maybe more suitable.

  

  Commercial and Agricultural Shutters are constructed from galvanised steel laths and bottom rail, running in galvanised steel side channels, mounted on mild steel support angles which are bolted to the structure.

     

 Steel Structures and Cladding Because Lotinga provides a welding and fabrication service we are more versatile than other door suppliers and are able to install steel structures and cladding in order to alter the size of your opening.

                     

 

Security Shutters can be constructed in various materials and can also be operated in various ways, such as by pushing up and pulling down or via a manual haul chain or by means of a single or 3 phase electric motor, with various activation devices to choose from.  Click here for further information on operational options.
